Anyone still on the hunt for an RR? I should be picking up a Beetle this week that's been outside by the side of an older guys house for the last 15 years, rusting away nicely. Been off the road since 1999 so it'll be back on the road this weekend with just a bit of spit and polish right? So what have you bought then?

I am still managing to resist the temptation to buy more cars that I don't need.

No need to willy wave now RetroWarwicK . It's surprising how much the older classics can spoil you for parts availability .

No build thread yet ChasR ?? For me, the most recent retro-ish ride I've bought has been my BMW 525i Sport donor car Though if we're talking RR's, then I do like to look out for the odd cheap Silver Shadow or Silver Spirit on ebay from time to time, its an itch I feel the need to scratch

It's not the one I was talking about to you recently - just a sorry looking one that needed saving from an owner that had run out of motivation this millenium to do anything with it.
