looks like a lot of fun and future potential
I think if it were mine I would change the grill for something shorter or maybe chop a few inches out of it

It's been fitted to cover the giant Rad on it but I'll just get a shorter Rad then chop the grille to suit

Might also suit a Track T nose

Dunno , I really like the donkey ball-ness of the grill. Maybe we have a Great photochopper Reading with us who can help the situation.

Yup , thats much much better indeed. By the way , I'm loving this motor. Can't stop looking at it. Don't know if it is even possible to drive such a beaut of a car in holland , but i really want to :-) Please keep us updated and try to find an indoorspace for it. Bookmarked of course. All the luck

To chop the radiator you will need to get a water pump and mounting plate both of which are in very short supply. But based on the other options already on the engine well worth the expense and trouble to get hold of in my opinion. Your double size oil cooler with mounts is very rare indeed.

Nice ride. Just trying to see the connection between donkey's balls and that grill! Could benefit from a trim perhaps?
Are the slot mags a particularly 70s style touch? I didn't know anything about 'Aquaplane' so looked that up and that was an interesting read. Don't worry about the rain.. get the oil skins on.

Can't you get away with making the grille smaller and place an uprated ally radiator behind it?

Never heard of it, but it looks like a blast to drive. Nice weather and a throaty exhaust sounds like a perfect combination

I got this blind and didn't even know about the oil cooler and panel being fitted so you can imagine my joy I'm only cutting the grille down and getting a shorter Rad, no other modifications needed :-)

All the luck I only keep my rusty cars indoors, if it's got paint and runs it's outside! Lol Thanks, I wasn't too keen on it when it was first proposed to me but as soon as it arrived I was over the moon!

The SlotMags come with it but I happen to be a slotmag hoarder myself so was a nice touch! I've been hunting for Aquaplane kit for years so when this car was proposed to me it was the main selling point. And yes I intend to drive in most conditions, especially snow!
