those guys are nuts! ;D doing that in that corner (the first righthander after S/F) takes a LOT of BIG balls, in a modern car, let alone in a pre war racing car on bicycle tires! And he did it lap after lap, after lap after lap etc. Also the GN car driver, who drifted the hairpin everytime. Great

yeah, gotta agree, those vscc boys certainly know how to drive those amazing machines, and put on a good show. the whole rr07 show would have been good without it, but it was truly awesome with it. pats on the back all round.

From a mobile phone - stunning!!!!! thanks for sharing Thanks! Took a while getting the panning right, and pressing the button a few seconds before I needed it, but I managed to snap quite a few! ;D Also the GN car driver, who drifted the hairpin everytime. Great ^ Was that the one that crashed? Glad the driver's making a good recovery.

is it? i think thats the guy that owns longstone tyres, seems like a top bloke!
did anyone get a sound file of the black and yellow stripey thing? i think it was J powered and sounded incredible, like a pod racer from starwars or summat !! also the gn special had the most incredible engine, looked like 4 J engines welded together.

What I saw of the VSCC stuff was amazingly exciting, such close racing and a mad mixture of cars. Was handed a leaflet towards the end for the VSCC and I am definitely tempted to go down again for the racing - it really was something else.

jep, that was the car that crashed. Really nice bloke, I spoke to him on saturday evening, when he arrived, and he allready told that his machine 'would do great slides' ;D //edit: My tribute of the VSCC racers can be found hereFrom page 7 and onwards there you can find most pics I just wandered around in the paddock, snapping some pics of the beautiful engines of these cars. I really liked them! Some shots picked from above gallery for you: Also got a movie of this one starting up, very nice to see, will come tomorrow or so. Wonder why it's called Thunderbug ;D
