I like them, it fits the vision I had perfectly. I just said the naughty words again..........!!!! Faaaaaakinell...!!!!! Those are just stupidly gorgeous. Of course there will be a PM to you following this post. Looks absolutely stunning Grenade. Well done. Just bloody WOW !!

the modern wheels work well here I think. maybe loose the ram centers, but I'm not sure if that would be better or not! maybe replace with spider caps?

+1 on the wheels. And + 1 on losing those centres for something a bit different.

Thanks guys- I'm thrilled with it. If you saw it in person, these wheels work. The center caps, they're staying so that it eludes to something special going on under there. I have a pair of door decals I'm going to try out and see what those look like. More later

That looks the absolute dogs danglies and I think it'll look even better when the shine comes off the white walls a bit it'll be perfect. I would have this in a heartbeat if I didn't already have a pickup truck I love

Only my opinion, I think the Mobil logo needs to be a lot bigger.
I think that if one is trying to emulate a working truck, they would have had the logo over most of the door.
Alongside Sinclair, the old Mobiloil, Pegasus logos take me waaaaaay back to childhood.

Yeah...You pretty much nailed it as a saleable item. Please sell this one for a lot more than the other one.

Dude! This is so cool! Personally I don't love the whitewalls, but I think once its done a few miles and the newness has worn off them and the rims a bit it will be perfect.
I am going to join the chorus of people being made to feel inadequate by your progress too

I'm starting to wonder if this formula would work well applied to a IH travelall.

I'm starting to wonder if this formula would work well applied to a IH travelall. Well... it'd probably need jacking up..

I like the wheels. Agree with Grizz on the decal, I would make it bigger and more central. One thing, in some of the finished pictures it looks as if the back of the bed is lover than the front, is that an optical illusion? P.

I like the wheels. Agree with Grizz on the decal, I would make it bigger and more central. One thing, in some of the finished pictures it looks as if the back of the bed is lover than the front, is that an optical illusion? P. The last truck had the same look in some pictures too. I made the last one dead level and when it was done it looked like the rear was too low. On this one, I made sure the rear of the cab was an inch higher than the front. I also made sure the bed was an inch higher in the rear. That way, the truck would look higher in the rear all across the entire vehicle. The tape measure shows it's higher in the back, but I know what you mean, from some angles it seems like it's off. I think it has to do with the way the chassis sits when it's all assembled. Not sure. It also might be the way the rear wheel arches are cut that adds to the illusion. Can't change it now, that's for sure.

Are the wheels 5x114 bolt pattern? If so can you measure the diameter of the centre cap please? Thanks

The center cap on the steel wheels is huge. The Aluminum rims, I'll measure them for you but I think they're 64mm or something. I'll check. The Durango and Ram 1500 rims are 5x5.5 or 5 lug 5.5 inch or 139.7mm Medium Offset.
