1991 Merc estate. Mot till October. Under 200k miles.
We have owned this a couple of years now, such a dependable old beast. Its not being used any more so needs a new home.
Its tatty, has dented n/s/r door and arch thanks to an uninsured driver.
Lacquer is peeling all over.
Despite being sat for 4 months now, it still starts quickly on the first try.
Just before we stopped using it, it started to lack power and went very quiet. One of the cats was blocked. So now all 3 cats have been removed. and most of the rear exhaust was replaced.
Since the above it has the power back and sounds nice and raspy, but has a misfire during the warm up stage, its ok cold, and gets better as it gets hotter. The Lambda sensor doesn't read very well so would say its that causing the problem.
We don't have a use for it and don't want to spend any more money on it. I am sorting out a puncture so it can be driven away but will have no spare tyre.

Summary, its a shed, banger rally, banger race or project. lots of potential though.
