All I can say is well done to you and your team. As someone who lost a kidney at 18 months old, now 59, and with the remaining one slowly failing I can only admire your resilience and determination. Take a rest after Rockingham and come back even better next time. Good luck. Thanks π itβs been a hell of a journey so far π good luck with your battle !! Hopefullly you Kidney battle gets better .

Bloody hell, best part of 12 seconds overall. That is a leap. Good luck with the R&R and I'm guessing (hoping ) I'll be waiting for the next instalment.

Well itβs the end of a era !!! Last Sunday at Rockingham was my last Time Attack event , we have decided to stop at the end of this year mainly to have a bit more time but also on some health grounds !! Leading up to Rockingham I was nervous , more so than normal !! The Noble was all ready but I had a odd feeling , not dread but a growing concern about the last round ! Rockingham is my local track and we are quick around it but the talk of rain had reminded me how dangerous it is when itβs wet !! Add to that we still needed a good result to hold onto 2nd in the championship and the pressure was on ! We travelled up sat night and signed in ect rewards fir Sunday , the weather was stunning , warm and sunny just the way we like it ! Sunday morning 3 oβclock and I was waken by heavy rain on the Moho roof π± this set the scene for one of the toughest days driving the Noble I had ever had ! Sunday morning arrived and it was hammering down , nothing we could do but fit my wets , soften all the suspension and increase the rear wing for a bit more rear downforce ! First practise and the Noble was up for it , plenty of grip and great stability around the banking ment we could push and we topped the timing sheets with a 1.59 lap !! Little did we know that things would change for the worst π© Out for qualifying after lunch and suddenly things got serious , the grip had gone , 2 big lockupβs and a spin startled me and I realised the day was finished . Trying to control 500 bhp with no traction control was crazy , everytime I brought in some boost the rear wheels would spin , the Noble was not happy π’ track temp had dropped massively this totally destroyed our grip and ment it was a case of hanging on . Qualified 3rd and to cut a story short finished 3rd in the final !!! Confirmation of 2nd in the championship. I was so relieved to put the Noble in the garage in one piece Sunday night !!! Whatβs next ? No idea letβs see where 2019 takes us ! Thanks for the support this year guys , itβs been incredible. Tux

Fantastic progress throughout the whole of the updates, and I would like to thank you for the pleasure they have brought to so many of us, Made even better with the positive outcome of your surgery, I personally think that your decision is both brave and extremely sensible, (Ultimately, should the worst ever happen, the car could be replaced, you couldn't.) I would like to wish you all the very best for the future and ask that, whichever path you decide to follow in the future, you keep the updates coming, Nigel

Thanks guys , a fantastic night and again made very welcome by everybody at Time Attack . Dawns dress was a fantastic colour match to the Noble and I had a bow tie made in matching material ππ Health is going ok , still working on my fitness and coping well with the side effects of the tablets but doing well . Noble is tucked up for the winter waiting for me to make my mind up what we do in 2019 . I have another project underway at the moment . Post will be up soon π Stay safe Tux Sneak peek π±
