Inspired by the other thread about missing out in 2014 I'm already thinking ahead so I don't miss anything in 2015.
I'm staring at an empty wall planner and I'd like to write some events on it. Preferably events with actual track action and some historic race cars.
So I'll throw this open to everyone. What are you aiming to attend in 2015? I want names, places and dates! International additions welcome.
Personally, I'd like to get to the ring. I know you can get around the whole Nordschleife on a mountain bike so I'd like to do that with a camera bag. But I don't know what's the best event to go for. I'd also love to get to Pikes Peak but I think me and the Mrs. are saving Colorado for our honeymoon.
Any ideas?

Trying Autosport international for the first time at the NEC.
Hopefully will also manage Classic Ford Show at Santa Pod and maybe RRG.

On the calendar so far for 2015 are the Goodwood 73rd Members' Meeting, Festival of Speed and Revival, London Classic Car Show, RRG15, Players Classic, Retro Show, Salon Prive, Classic Motor Show, Motorsport at the Palace, Bromley Pageant, and possibly a few others. Really need to get back into the habit of going to the Goodwood Breakfast Club too, I missed all of them this year. And I haven't been to the Chelsea Cruise in ages either - silly, as it's only a couple of miles from me. Shaping up to be a good year though

A dream 2015 eh...?!
The year will start with a visit to the superb Brooklands New Years Day meeting which is good if you're not too hung over and it's only 5 minutes down the road from me...!
I'd really like to go to the RR Summer Holiday as it looks amazing and I'd love to meet some of you good people...
I'd like to get to a few Goodwood Breakfast meets and continue my yearly visit to the revival (should I try the Festival of Speed?!)...
I would love to go to the Le Mans classic as that always looks great, bl@@dy great in fact...
The Silverstone Classic is supposed to be superb so I would like to make it there and have a little peek...
Above all else though I want to make my own meet (SHAMEFUL SELF-PROMOTION ALERT: the superb Walton Bridge Breakfast Club!) even better for 2015 so I need to get the grey matter functioning and do a bit of thinking...
2015? It's gonna be a belter...!

Goodwood Festival of Speed - went years ago before it got really busy but must go again
Might try the Autosport show in January to look for bargains (some chance)

First thing on the list is to 'finish' the VolvoI also want to ride my XS650 more and finish my Honda cub project. As for shows, I want to go to: NSRA swap meet RRG (missed it last year) Dragstalgia ...and if the timings work out with family holidays, this: www.circuit-des-remparts.com/(previous visit documented here - link) Will try and squeeze in some other shows as and when, inlcuding mroe regular attendance of my excellent local gathering ( West sussex meet)

RRG15 is the main one I'm aiming for after missing out last year. Players show again is definitely on the cards, may go back to the Classicford show too if I can make it in one of the Mk2's. I mostly want to do a track day though, they look so fun.

Keep fettling the Xantia to get it as good as it can possibly be, especially now it has a new clutch.
Get an MoT on the Princess, it's been off the road since May last year.
Try and get an MoT on the Renault 6 once I pick it up, this one may be a little on the optimistic side as the car's been off the road for the better part of twenty years.
Attend RRG - something I've never managed to do, events always conspire against me Attend one of the Brooklands days, it's a good venue with good stuff happening Visit Gaydon Motor Museum, because I never have Find out what shows are happening in North Yorkshire and get to as many of them as possible.
Try not to have any failures to proceed.

Bit distracted by a new puppy today but I'm planning to clear out all the stuff sitting in the Escort and get it out of the corner it's been sat in for a little while. Tomorrow I'll unload everything off the rack of the 5 and all the stuff inside to make some space so it's ready to go and pick up the new wheels for it. Is this the right thread? Still if it was me it would be 2015 when I finished..
