Drove past it on Halbeath road a coupl'a weeks ago but it might not have been you driving if you've moved it on.

It could have been me, the guy who got it was from over in Dalkeith. He was a banger racer so I wouldn't be surprised if the 240 ended up on the oval which would be a shame but we all know these racers love to wreck good cars... |

you must have owned 100+ cars by now?! Benz is a stunner is that an old fire station Foad? It's probably closer to 40 cars since passing my test in 2009, the newest was a very basic 2004 Proton Jumbuck and the joint oldest were a 1976 saab 99 and austin allegro. The place in the photo was previously used for mining and was called the Alice pit/colliery, I think our unit was used as the boiler room. Unfortunately we don't have any access to the tower above the roller door which would have been good for some aerial photography. |

I liked that goofy saab 99. Slow day at work, read the thread from the beginning  ahh its the tower that had me wandering if it could have been a fire station. must still be loads of space inside and that courtyard is a great asset too. grease monkey paradise, I'm envious. Would you ever get the red laurel back? They are the most popular taxis back where I come from but also make hilarious sleeper builds  |

There might be spare space in the yard but we are kinda over our limit with cars at the moment, they said 10 per unit was the usual and we have 13 or something. You're more than welcome to drop by or whatever. They have been making more yard space available and fencing it off so there's a chance that an outdoor space could be available. Dundee is a bit of a trek but if it means you're able to have space to play with cars it might still be worth looking into. |

The W123 wasn't really doing it for me so I sold it to raise some funds to put into my other cars, the 305 estate is long overdue some attention and the list of jobs and parts needed are piling up, new shocks, springs, handbrake, drop links are all on order.
