Despite the title of this thread, I don't love the Thief in Chief. He's nicked too much from me over the last decade.
However I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the road tax renewal form for my Polo1 this morning. It's halved - now it's 35 quid for 12 months! When did that happen?
I must be one of very few people whose car uses less fuel and costs less to tax than their motorcycle. Wish it was as cheap to insure though.
