I understand, seeing as i passed by driving test in 1996, i can ride a moped up to 30mph without L plates or taking a CBT
Is that my limit? It seems quite dangerous to be limited to 30mph on A roads
I worked for Pizza Hut in 2002 and we did some kind of driver instruction on the 'peds. Could this be a CBT? Would it make any difference to what i can do now?
I'm thinking of having one on hand for those days you want to save fuel / have a broken car / heavy traffic etc

What does your driving license say you can drive? All the info will be on there.

Ah, i think i am stuck with the 30mph (without taking further lessons / tests)
Just seems so silly if you're allowed on A roads but can't drive quick enough to stay out of trouble

Have you taken any additional tests? I see you took your bike test in 2013 That will be why you have the extra allowances.

Category A allows you to ride 'motorbikes with a power output more than 35kW or a power to weight ratio more than 0.2kW/kg'
Seems like a full licence to me

Done a bit of digging and it seems they changed a trike's status from a car to a bike so that is why i have the A class with the proviso 79(tri) as a trike was considered a car when i passed my test and they cannot remove a licence from you once you have it..

Ok, it suggests you can also ride a motorbike
But that is not what i have so..
It is unlikely i will go ahead as i don't want to be taken by vehicles going 60+
