It just keeps going! Ok so this Celica: Is owned by the sister of the girl who makes my subways (maybe not anymore, I haven't seen her for a few weeks). She drives this Corolla: Look, they even have matching fuel flaps. Both cars sourced and looked after by their father who drives my favourite local wagon. So at least it runs in the family. He brought his wife's wagon to work today. One day I'm sure I'll manage to get a decent shot of it. I know the son also has something old and Japanese but I can't remember what. I think it was a 120Y? This was jammed up against the fence so hard to take a photo of too, what with all the other cars around. Was a busy weekend.

Outside a DIFFERENT Supercheap. I'm pretty sure that one is in here earlier somewhere. That or those plates keep getting swapped between cars. Had a couple come in and was talking to them about their Mini, so they came back in a bit later to show it to me. This Husky is awesome. Guy mentioned he has a Rapier and something else as well. This is his work vehicle, used to stand on the roof to paint, etc. Went for a walk to get breakfast while Seedy was having her box serviced. Have seen this a few times on my way to the shed. Dat wing. Was taking walk-by shots in super bright sunshine, so I'm impressed I got that much of the Colt, haha. Same with this. Flaming chicken! Cheers, Matt

So apparently I went to the wrong coast for the weekend car show. The one at the Gold Coast had something like 2000 cars. I don't think I could walk around that long without emergency beer. :/ Maybe next year. Anywho, these over the last couple of days. Can just make out the big wing on this FTO, but you can't see the hundred of dents from the hail! Then today while I was fitting some seat covers this parked next to me. And then this showed up. I apologised to the guy I was fitting seat covers for and went and took a look. Priorities. Pity I was outside and couldn't talk to the owner. And then this Gemini van which is pretty rare as I came back inside. The VW I've taken a photo of before but much better lighting this time. It appears the Husky from a previous post has been papped before too. Cheers, Matt

Ooh, the Gemini is a nice spot just for being such a weird thing. Just check out the Vauxhall Chevette estate or Chevanne for how much they actually changed.

This 415.. Was in this Pacer. A middle aged Ford. And I'm sure I've posted this before, but to be fair, I've given up trying to keep track of what comes in to work that I've posted before. There's not much going on at the moment because the weather is average, and it's super busy so not much time to sneak outside. Cheers, Matt

"Went for a walk to get breakfast while Seedy was getting her box serviced" ...just sounds wrong.... Is that Australian for , " My better half went to the Gynaecologist today?"

MrBravo, Seedy is definitely not my better half, especially at the moment! But that was the general gist of what I was innuendo'ing. Anyway, here's some cars. I know it's not an Applause, but look, vulgalour ! A whole car group! (They actually showed up to a show today, too) But Tri-spokes. Ye olde Hiace camper. Pretty cool looking. An beetle. Wasn't expecting this, though. Look at that tombstone of a grill. Even had the picnic tables in the back! And then this Bimmer cos the wheels fit well. I also found out last night that there was a car show today on the other side of the river, so I ducked out this morning to check it out. I saw a Cressida! On the way there I also saw some odd vehicle on a trailer that I couldn't work out what it was. It had the rear of a Beetle and was definitely rear-engine air cooled. But the front looked like a Minor or an old american sedan with the similar Minor shape? Wish I'd been able to grab a photo of it. The thread on the show can be found here. Cheers, Matt

Well, I was going to update a different thread, but these photos came off the phone first. These are from my new phone mostly, I have more that I need to sort from the old phone. This Midget I had a bit of drama sorting a steering wheel boss for, the listings were showing a different boss but we got there in the end. Beat up wagon is still kicking around. Has more filler on it now Faaat tyres. I looked outside and saw a Mini parked oddly. Walked closer, noticed it was a van. Then I noticed the trailer. This comes in pretty regularly now. The guy who owns it is pressing it in to daily duties. New bodywork people down the workshop have this. Mmmm I can hear those doritos before they even pull up the street. Colour coordinated driving level. Yawn First car. Good choice. Old fella came in asking about some 50s era mirrors for a car he was picking up over the weekend near my parents farm property. Got talking to him about it, left him with the catalogue of mirrors and couple of days later the mirrors show up. I look at them critically, wishing my mx32 was at work so I could sit them on the wings and see how they look. Next day he brings the car in. I like. Spotted this while out and about with the ladyfriend. Couldn't get a better pic unfortunately. This has been at the workshop for ages getting work done. Think it's almost finished. That's it for now. Will sort out the last of the pics from the old phone sometime soon. Cheers, Matt

A little 'scene' for me. Came up behind this Premier the other day but couldn't get beside it as this is the last set of lights before my house. This Datsun?? Pulsar was obnoxious in a beat-up hole in the exhaust kind of way. And lastly, I was heading to work this afternoon to see if my coffee machine had arrived yet (phone stolen, so can't ring), and this KE55 rocked up beside me at the lights. Had a good quick chat to the young guy driving it ($250 initial purchase, $5k sunk in to it. Original K series lump but overbored, etc.) Looked like a lot of fun to drive. He was well impressed with Seedy.

But wait, there's more! This is stuff from my old phone which is my current phone while I wait for my new phone, because my old new phone got stolen. Still following? This is going back a ways... While out and about with the ladyfriend. She knows to try and come up levelish with them and hold steady. <3 Took her away camping for a weekend, but had to stop in a good craft brewery nearby. This was in the carpark. So was this. Right beside each other. I didn't even notice them, the ladyfriend pointed them out. I blame the beers I'd just consumed. The next few were all at Montville, tourist trap, and typically a rest spot for many tours of the driving or riding variety. A rather odd 250Z... Ladyfriend used to live in a part of town populated by many old cars. Pity I never managed to get back to take a pic of the two Citreons on the other side of the highway there. I swear I've seen this Jag at work before. Maybe it's just the wheels. Aand back to work. Haven't worked out if this is the Saab that lives near me, I haven't managed to get a photo of it yet. Lets break it up with something NOT from work. An SVX? I hadn't seen one of these before. Early nineties plastic goodness. Then the other day I spotted another one! That was out with the ladyfriend. So was this. Cressida! Speaking of Cressida's. I got to park next to one! Anyway, continuing... 300ZX, little beaten up with a... Supra front end? Let's have a break for a bit..

My new phone arrived, so this is the last pics off the old one from the weekend. This van... magic. I'm not sure how it's still on the road. I don't think there was a single panel without rust top and bottom. An Meteor. 90's Bimmer? But what's that behind it? Another 500! Seen so many recently! Cressy's popping out of the woodwork! And lastly.. that wing.. Cheers, Matt
