Yet another Wheels Day photo thread, I'm afraid. Mine are a bit different though 'cos I put poncey borders around them!  That's pretty mean looking' ain't it?!  I saw this Jowett on the road, it took me ages to find it in the show...love it!  The wheels and stance are blatant 70s, but it looks so 'now'...wicked CF.  Poncey arty shot number 1. It's a Beetle. ;D  Urban legend Slater and his OAP-style Turbo Metro.  It's official - You can never see this car too often.  Dr.Amazon aka PaulH, in a '57 Chevy kind of mood!   Fish-eye lens? Nope.   There's plenty Ratlook/Hoodride 'Dubs around...but how cool is this?  Detailed Revolution of the day award! Polished rim, but untouched lip was one of those details that makes a difference. Like a trim rim - but cleverer! All in all a great day..unless you're Scrapingscrap (Nadine was right wasn't she? ). Good to see all of those that I caught up with, and sorry to those that I didn't. |

had a great day there saw most of the cars but unfortunatly mine didn't quite make it there met up with loon at lakside for the trip up and up until then the car had been fine but just as we pulled into lakeside the fuel pump packed up   so we had to call the RAC to recover it back to the workshop and fly up in the holden still a good day just a shame i couldn'y get the car there |

i went and my bruv "gitfarm" in his missus's e30.... it was a great day out.... not so much cheep rusty parts for sale as prev' years... i saw a few cars i recognised from here. but only saw jamzer as i didnt make it to speedmans camper by 11.... and so didnt know what u all looked like....... but no probs really some ace cars there.. and a good worthwhile drive out i think.... anyway I'm off the the local scrappy now si |
