Blundered into this: (it must have been on here before at some stage) Was going to be an Avenger based Capri/Manta rival, don't know how far they got with it or if this one was a runner, but wouldnt it have been lovely if they`d made it and we now had a 3rd option when looking at popular european saloon car based coupes?

I suppose they’d already got the Arrow Alpine/Rapier range so maybe they didn’t see the need for it, only the Japanese could provide that level of pointless duplication. This has a bit more of a chunky 70’s look than the Alpine/Rapier, I like it. Shades of the Oz-market Charger in the rear quarters and pillar?
