Think this thread has potential if we steer clear of the barryboys mentality? For example, I like this one a lot, spotted on an MX-5 (obviously). After all, the car was conceived as a homage to the Elan... I did have a replica of an early Mazda "Rotary Engine" badge on my 240Z spoiler... though I should point out the spoiler was nailed to an RX-7 at the time so maybe that doesn't count

I like the idea of turning a 'modern' BMW into an EMW:

I should just stick Ford badges on my car then people wouldn't have to ask me what it was.

Had this grille kicking around the workshop, got bored and 'glassed it into the Caddy a couple of years ago... You honestly wouldn't believe how many people say they didn't realise Audi made vans. Joe

Its not an uncommon sight to see BMW M badges/stickers tacked to the side of taxi (toyota hi ace) in actual fact its a common go fast application on most cars golfs, estcourts, corrolas toyota hilux pickup, stick a M badge on and you pick up an extra 300hp.saw a hyundai atoz this morning with a fake sharkfin antenna and fake bmw M fender vents.

This badge, its from a Citroen ZX 16v (yes, that's the model name!) and was also latterly found on the Saxo VTS. you find them bloody everywhere, Halfords sell them, even MX5 parts sell them! its not a zx or a saxo dammit, give it back

Always as a kid (back in the 80's) would glue a 'V8' badge on whatever I was running, usually FD/FE victors on the boot never made it any faster mind
