1974 Triumph Toledo RSdervy turbby now with new engine

thank you kindly,, ive bin in to oval racing sine the late 80s but my heart is in the dirt ovals, started at an old track that used to be at braintree, then henham done spede worth then went back to henham then pri and rts then 2ltr hotrods at swaffham then went back to henham aka stansted race way now,

gives me such a big grin every time i walk into the work shop,
not a lot to add to this just damm body work, I'm now at the stage were iv ran out of bits 2 add filler on the main body, and the roof was in bad shape i started fillering it then some random old chap told me how to straighten it with a blow torch and some weird paddle looking hammer, by the time i made said old chap a brew he was done and preety arsed i didnt get to see how he done that and refuses to show me ..
I'm not going for a a show winning concours look so i have to remind me self that it was not perect from the start and its only gunna find its in a fence or 2 pretty often and the missus wants 2 use it, but still my poor fingers don't see it like that,

nice, that'll be a hell of a lot of fun on the road ...

I've had a brand new prop made, went to bled the brakes and snapped a 4 way lost my rag after braked fluid spilled all over the engine inner wings, had a stropp pushed her back outside and left her b4 she curse word me off, just getting a few bits the her for the hydro clutch just havin time and funds, I did make a foolish mistake in thinking it'll get done quicker if I owned me own place, how wrong was I, once I get all the bits I'll soon get her done, and the every growing family, expensive game that is lol,

Oh my word...!!! This is looking splendid...!

I know i lack updates chaps but the comments really do help, I've bin collecting all the bits for the clutch, Land Rover slave and master cylinder, real of new copper pipe to replace all the brakes and do the clutch then fluids to do and mot

So a lot has happened on this but serious lack of photos so I got the hydro clutch sorted and while moral was good I spent out on all new brake fittings and got the brakes bleed, took awhile to suss the rears coz we had issue with the hydro handbrake that we didn't spot for a few days split o ring in the hydro we'll eventually had four working brakes so now time to give everything a look over, now I need to road test her,
Oh may well she fired up str8 away clutch down first gear engaged left foot up right foot down gently, down squat and go, 5 minutes later the dash lights up, oil light and battery light comes on, oh erm going to pull over and she starts shaking and banging, ,, oh curse word but for them 5 mins my world was so at peace, the way she handles was amazing, brakes need upgrading as when warmed up had a judder but manageable the power delivery was awesome pulling like a train doesn't come close, the remote gear linkage works a treat the hydro hand brakw worked well for 70s drums, the seat collapsed and the wipers stopped working but I really didn't care, I have so much respect for the car and its power which caught me off guard only once,
So to sum it all up,
I didn't make the mot, I have a new list of jobs to do, and the engine and box has to come out and apart. But ya know what I really don't care, this experience has proved to me what I wanted this car to do and sum, and it's only going to get better
