Nice one, it seems to of created or motivated a few events in my life too over the last few years, heres two purchases, owning more than you need and actively seeking was inspired by here! both fit the criteria round about too!

Well an interesting find looking for 1600 Kent Crossflow engines: Steel crank, rods etc. Aluminium head approx 200 bhp from a 2 litre pushrod. ^ Yeah point taken, 1600cc is a bit of misnomer. But hey, nice tech angle there. Are there any motors which come in exactly at the magic figure? ;D

Hehehe..I was trying to find another slightly higher so that the average was exactly 1600, the closest I could get was 1663cc in the V4 Corsair!
