No, not the mental Transits or Del Boy's corporate transport but the wierd 70's film starring this futuristic Barris creation... Anyone ever seen this film? IMDB states the plot line as being "A man named Clint enters a solar-powered van called Vandora into a competition called Freakout." Far out man! I need to see it! Here's a clip courtesy of You Tube.

I'm sure I remember reading about it at the time....from the YouTube clip it seems like it was made on a budget hovering between shoestring and dental floss...
Great van though, all the Barris trademarks....and dig those funktastic Appliance Wire-X alloys :-)

Can't help but chuckle at the 70's vision of the future! Did they really think the cars of now would look like that?! i wish modern cars did look like that, wouldnt the world be a more interesting place to live in if they did
