Somewhat belatedly, the times have been added. My web guy (aka Lewis) was otherwise occupied with other projects. BTW Mitch, I couldn't add yours because you didn't say what your car was... Sorry about that, i thought i was being clever by putting a picture of the car instead of writing it, then i deleted it from photobucket. The first car was a Minor Van, the second was Chrysler Charger (australian). |

Excuses: vharger belts kept slippign above 3000rpm and kept ripping teeth off them for some reason, think it was the poor alignment that aw tracksport set up. should have been pushing into the 13s but it was not to be. wasa losing power after 70mph and the water injection was not working properly. needed setting up

Yeah its mine. Hmm, cant remember quite where I got it from but it might have been Leicester! Currently having a fair amount of work done (very slow progress)

TIME: 1\4 mile in 20.7 secs (timed down the carrington spur, which is roughly 1 \ 4 mile)
DRIVER: Jon Burgess
EXCUSES: Slipping clutch, 20 year old tyres, tired engine, single carb, 8000 holes in back box \ downpipe, non servoed brakes, 1025kg body to lug around, window stuck open.
ADVANTAGES: holes make car lighter, lack of rear overrider consummates crash diet. only one door mirror (121 Favorit spec)
