Thats one shonky peice of curse word! I'm all for making slow cars fast, but you cant just tack some sheet on the side and think it a proper job. Loving the jerry can tank though - inspirational

Have to say I've always been a bit suprised of the slating this ones got when it's appeared in the Ebay thread. I'd have thought a slow/curse word old car with a turbo lump fitted in the boot would be exactly where this forum's at? For sure, it isn't very well finished but you can't really make engineering judgements based on the photos I've seen. That rusty drag race mini seems universally liked  |

Is this the Pandas 2nd outing on teh Bay? Looks a right laugh! Like iRocco said, all the hard work has been done. The cosmetics might not be to everyone's taste (mine included) but that's easily rectified! I'd like to make it a full-on sleeper... early front end with the steel grille, maybe even badge it up like one of those Special Editions... Panda Spazz or whatever they called them... awesome! Looking at the pics i don't think 'the hard work' has been done. The whole engine and suspension setup seems to be hanging of a half roll cage. Not something i'd be trusting as it will only be mounted to the now cut up shell in a few places

     I know it looks a little barry from the outside but thats half its charm ;D Its getting some wide 14s in the future and hopefully losing a bit of the barryness It is an absolute funking mentalist and scares the wibblepoo out of me every time I get in the damn thing. Just trying to persuade him to swap it for my gtr now..... (sorry for camera fone pics  ) |
