I'm looking at getting a nice 12 or 13" black spoked, red rimmed Mountney wheel for the Polo, but I can't find anywhere that sells them! Most of the places have them in the picture, but not listed on the site. Do they exist? Where's the best place to buy one? Here's the picture: Adam

If going ebay route speak to brian ID "classicsteeringwheels" He is such a nice fella and really does do his best to get you what you want and if there is a problem sorts it out pronto etc etc I think I was one of his first sales (checks feedback history - yep) And I've bought again from him too!!!!

Mine was about a fiver off ebay, as was the boss. I think I paid more for plated allen head bolts from namrick to hold it together.

Maybe it's just me, but Mountneys are just too easy aren't they? If it's for driving pleasure then I'd get a Personal Grinta, if it's for custom looks I'd go Grant or if it's for classy retro styling then it's got to be a Nardi woodrim! ;D

I think mines a pretty rare 3 spoke non slotted one in 10" the centre was made by a mate as it didnt have one. Mountneys too easy...what about this if you want to be original: cant help with your quest though. didnt they do one in every colour under the sun for benneton or somthing?

Yea, the red ones do exist. I've seen them at shows. They had them where I got mine from, its called Coachtrimming Supplies in Birmingham. I payed £25 for a black 3 spoke leather one with a boss.
