How many bikers are here, and what do you ride...? And for how long have you ridden ? I often vent my bikers spleen at www.maximumbikes.com as well. I have ridden since age 14 , started on a RD350 aircooled, then a bunch of off-roaders, some Vespas, and currently have BMW1150GS, Aprilia 600Tuareg, and a Kawasaki KE100 in the garage. Recently sold off my 1000GS BumbleBee to someone who can use her more sensibly.....  All in a line..... rarely seen this neatly.  Oh, and I collect car and bike numberplates from around the world..... remember chaps and chappesses.... This was my garrage in South Africa.... could take 7 cars, and there was a carport to the side, and loads of concreted parking in front.... ahhhhhhhh the good old sunny days.... LOL.  One that I built from one below.....   |

Don't have a pic of my 2 together, though. (Current ownership is the VFR and Hongdou)
Been riding for around 12 years now.
Don't do any of the bike forums, but subscribe to uk.rec.motorcycles on usenet.

Scarily ive got my full licence (33bhp has now worn off too!) Ive ridden for 4 yrs (since i was 16) Ive had a variety of bikes: dt125s, little 2 stroke aprilias, cagivas, vfr400s, fazers etc this thing below was the same as my last bike: not very retro...  |

only a part timer here(summer only ) ridden since the age of 10 had most bikes from fsie to zzr1100 last summer had a zx6 this summer hope to have myself a blade andy

Started off on Fizzies, Ap50's and SS50's so you can guess my age!
moved on to GP100's, DT125, GT185, CB250 G5, GT550, CB750-4, GS1000, GS1000G, CBX550,
CB900, 350LC, ZXR750, RC30, Z750L2 then the last one I had 6 years ago was a GSXR1100.
Now retired, my body wont take it but I bloody miss it.

Yeah, I'm more a bike than car guy, healthy into both, haven't had oe in a few years mind. Still have me MC21 NSR250R but that needs fixed.. for some odd reason. It's ALMOST retro 1992? .. nah, it's not.. but it's fast and a hoot to ride so I'm not bothered.

Currently have a Honda Hornet 600. Been riding since I was 16. Previous bikes have mostly been Honda's starting off with a SS50 and progressing up to a Firestorm before marriage, mortgage etc made me have to downsize a bit to the Hornet.  |

I have been riding since April!Its almost a year since I started my CBT training. Currently I'm limited to 50cc, but as of Dec 12th I'm allowed a whole 125cc! At the moment I ride an MZ Simson S50 Enduro. I'd argue that this is possibly the best bike for a 16 year old? Mainly because it actually is a bike. You have a clutch, a 4 speed box and a foot operated rear brake. Oooo, and kick start. I've had it on the road since april and have rode 2300 miles on it *so far* ... I aim to get it round to 5,000 miles before I get rid of it.   I'm swapping it in December for one of these beasts:  an MZ TS 125. its actually the same bike my sister was riding round on back in about 1994! lol Cant wait.  |

Me? ......Ive been riding since 1966 .........I'm currently running a Yam Dragstar,two Armstrong MT500's and a CanAm Bombardier .......[the MT's & CAB are ex-army bikes].

I'm not a biker, but my dad & brother are.
Dad's current bike - KTM (650?) trailie bike, previously an Aprilia Falco (written off by a white van man) & before that a highly modded Kawasaki Zephyr 1100 (stolen). Can't remember any further back.
Brother - currently 2 NC30s (one stock, one highly modded - his gf has another NC30!!) & a '69 Honda CB175 that he rebuilt when he was 16. previously a Honda Bros 400 (sold to buy the first NC30) & a Yamaha RD350, which lasted a fortnight before he trashed both the bike & his leg.....

yes biker here....! never really wanted a car till i was 20 or so really!! been riding since i was 8! my previous is yzf750r slightly played with:  and then i sold it but regretted it svery second til my bruv offered me a boring ntv 650 so i did this:   stll not finished has a knobbly on the rear and got a klx650 fron end to fit asap!! maybe a sidecar in the future and then a turbo just for good luck!! keep riding!!! si ;D |

Honda C50 (Crunchy) Yamaha Passola Yamaha 70 (shaft drive ) Then I started collecting cars so I bought a silly toy that reminded me of my younger days Suzuki RG250 Gamma (Currently fitted with a Yamaha RD350 YPVS lump) and on my rebuild list!!! |

got my cbt at 16 - didnt use it - so got the full test done to make sure the cbt didnt goto waste. just before the 33bhp thing wore off i went and got a honda bros 650 and blasted around on that. that was when i was 19. then came time to move on, finished university so naturally i had to buy myself a present. so i bought a ktm 450exc with only 900miles on the clock and 525 conversion, this was when i was 21 and i still ride it. its a holigan of a bike, and unfortunatly attracts the attention of every 15year old and toe rag in the county   |
