...where Brit gearheads hang out, eases up to thr bar and orders a Pint. Just thought I'd say hello. I found this board a couple of months ago and have been readin' it since. Quite interesting to check out the old car hobby (life style? obsession? sickness?) from the U.K. point of view. Hope ya'll don't mind another Yank hangin' around sometimes- I see a few others. ;D I've got a '65 Plymouth Valiant, '66 Plymouth Belvedere, a couple Dodge pick-ups and various other Mopar-type flotsum and jetsum. No HemiCudas or such like- just plain ol' Slant Six, 318 and 383 power here. After looking at the project threads in Reader's Rides- Wow! I'm sure you guys curse what the U.K.'s climate does to sheetmetal, but there sure are some incredible welding and metal-fab skills over there. I see cars so rusty they'd give most Americans nightmares being saved over there- and for the right reason too! Just because they're cool old iron, not because somebody thinks they can sell 'em for a fortune. You Brits make it look easy; and believe me I know it's not. Bravo! Well i'll quit jabberin' now. I'll have to post up some pics of my projects 'n' rejects (other people's rejects become my projects) pretty soon. Update: here's a pic of the '65 Valiant. ![](http://i1155.photobucket.com/albums/p547/Brianhemi73/100_1709.jpg) Cheers, Brian

Everyone is welcome here, as long as they're decent. I'm still trying to get someone I know Stateside on here to show off his Gremlin project, but I guess he's too busy enjoying working on it to get around to it.
Looking forward to seeing your projects.

Currently driving a Renault Wind Gordini as my daily. Don't ask about previous cars - there have been way too many and I stopped counting at 160!
