S14's just seem to have the ability to swallow wheels with ease, a mate of mine has one on 18" Rota GTRs and it just seems to sit so well. This example works as well IMO very clean a real VIP feel with the wheels and stance  |

After having a S12 then a S13, I missed out out not having a S14.
It looks great but I would personally have a S14 rolling on 18s

never thought 20s would look so massive on an s14 but my god they look huge. definitely has a VIP style to it, looks slightly out of proportion but almost in a hot wheels way ;D

I'm another person who thinks this shouldn't work but actually likes it. 20" wheels should look far more stupid and certainly not work anywhere near as well as they do.

love it then ^ this does my head in The type of suspension makes no difference when I decide if I like a car or not. Then again I like all cars so I guess I'm special ;D Honestly though it takes a load of work to get the stance of a car perfect, bags or not (in fact sometimes more so with bags). Why not just appreciate it for what it is regardless? [/hijack] |

Love the car, really did not like the way that article was written. Curious; why? I'm not convinced by the car at all. Not sure on the wheel choice, or the front end (my first thought was it looks like an R33 - article picked that up too - guess it depends on whether you like the R33 or not!); but I like the ride height and the clean, unstickered exterior. It seems to be a stock engine with no work there so it's all about the aesthetic, so that's what it must be judged by. Concept is great, execution is great, but the parts used, not so great. (caveat: IMO). |
