I picked up a couple of BMW's ellipsoid headlights from the junk yard. Then I spent almost a whole day grinding , cutting and sending them and the headlight buckets to make them fit. Finally they are in and I am very happy with the results .
BREMBO ! Front : four-piston - Porsche 944 Turbo Back : two-piston - Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Total : 12 pistons !
I started with the rear calipers . I had to modify mounting holes to fit them , since it is a 5mm difference.
Caliper fits right on
Back guard painted and installed
Rotor took its place
High temp header paint
And to compare old and new rotors
Front was harder , a lot harder. It took me about 6-7 hours to fabricate one adapter plate out of 10mm steel. I don't have any fancy machinery , so everything was done by simple hand held tools. The second one was a little easier , I just copied the first one.
Grew up with these cars. My parents owned 2 amongst many other Fiats. Both cars where ex NZ Government Education Board cars with the 1438cc TC motor and 4 speed gearboxes. Ignition switches are a problem as they burn out and steering columns collapse. Both copied into Ladas and they had the same problem

One of the biggest problems was to find the rims what clear the calipers and look good I tried a lot Most of them don't clear the calipers or stick out too much The first set barely cleared the front and it looked too heavy
The second one I like a lot , but they come in +10 offset only and they stick out about an inch
The third ones is the winner so far , maybe I'll paint them gold sometime
Picked up calipers from powder coating Everything is back together except for the brake hoses
Finally got the adapters made . They convert from 4х98 to 4х100 And they are hub-centric and wheel-centric as well. Front - 25мм , Rear - 35мм Everything fits and works and I am happy with the results.
