I don't see an Acura models. Being facelifted, badge-engineered Toyotas, they managed to hit the market and crash pretty hard into the cheap end of second-hand motoring. I don't think I've actually seen many base-model Acura Integra's (Integrii?) without some sort of bodykit/mismatched Lexus-Lights: The later models seem to receive similar treatment, having gained some weight and gone bug-eyed. Usually the paint isn't as good as this. Dark green, peeling, blotched and badly Krylon'd back seems to be more the norm: I'll have to keep my eyes open for ones that have yet to crop up. --Phil

nice one Phil, I've deliberately left Acuras out as they're sort of non-budgety - In fact I've not posted any Hondas at all! To be honest i think the reason for the lack of honda content is just because it's all been done to death, although the earlier boxy integras are definitely cool (particularly in 4 door form) and unusual enough for inclusion. Good shout, keep your eyes peeled for more!

Good shout, keep your eyes peeled for more! Seems to be a regional thing. They crop up here cheaply, and get beaten to death by the locals before being passed on to friends or left to rot. By means of reply, have a designed-with-setsquares-then-forgotten Pontiac 6000. '89-'91 Pontiac 6000 Sedan [Public domain], by Bull-Doser (Own work), from Wikimedia Commons I've seen a few of these... and they are particularly un-loved. No hubcaps et al. I'm not sure how much potential they have though? --Phil

Is this an EK Civic? Just looked out of the window at mine and it's very similar. Looks good though. Yes, the Isuzu Gemini front end is a popular conversion for them, they share lots of parts. I think the Gemini only came in sedan form though? Didn't know that, I've spent the last 6 months on Civic forums and it's not been mentioned once, learn something new every day......

Squint (a lot) and that pontiac 6000 looks a bit like a shonky corrado from the front.

Spotted a rather fetching Festiva on my travels today: those headlights are not standard and I like them very much Also, seeing this reminded me of another ford from the same era, the rather unfortunately named Probe. I realise you're thinking, those aren't exactly bottom feeders, but hang on I'm not talking about these fancy ones we got over here: I'm talking about these ones: ;D I'm sure we can find some potential here maybe? As a parting gesture have a Chevy Citation 2 - or two ;D Most were brown and had 4 doors and I imagine the only citiation you'd get in one would be from the fashion police, but there is definitely some potential there. Remember the X11?

Massive thanks to Mikε for drawing my attention to this Aries K more here retrorides.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=124157Proof that everythig has potential (reminded a bit me of the ponchak 6000 above actually) Also very cool because it has lead me to this: which has a Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think an srt4 in normal tune'll be around 260 bhpz at the flywheel, and i'm guessing this could be more since its clearly not standard before I go, have a not very bottomfeedy but slammed Galant edit: on closer inspection due to the text on that building I'm thinking that may well be not just not very bottom feederey but also a bit Japanese
