Well it seems that the Minor is the ideal first classic car - I must admit to wanting one for my first car after passing my test, I loved the Beetle-esque 'winged' look and the distinctive rasberry-blowing noise from the pee-shooter exhaust ;D
It amazes me how many there are still in daily use on our roads - far more than most other cars of similar age, which bodes well I.M.O for finding one in good condition & that spares & back-up are in plentifull supply.
I reckon many of the styles seen in the V-dub scene would look good applied to the Morris - resto Cal & cal look, I like the idea of a classic american look with nose down stance, bright polished chrome, shiney white bodywork & white band fat and thin tyres
