EASILY my KHGC110. Absolutely love it to bits. Needs a lot of things done to it but it's awesome, the sound is great, it looks good. Just awesome. Having said that, it didn't really have anything decent to compete against... 1) 1978 Chrysler Avenger 1600GLS, 2) 1976 Ford Escort MkII 2door, 3) 1985 Holden VK Commodore, 4) 1981 Datsun Bluebird ZX, 5) 198? Toyota Carina, 6) 1982 Toyota Celica RA. With any luck in the coming months I will have an 1960's Prince Skyline S21 but I need money for that, which is something I don't have, and it's a restoration project so won't see the road for years regardless. Anyway, the best car I've ever owned...

the car i miss the most is my 66 hillman minx, powder blue , very low , dark grey deep dish rostyles.it had the 1725 cc engine wich was fairly pokey and a side exit exhaust. grinned like a maniac every time i got in it. but kids and sixties british cars with fixed belts don't mix well, so i had to be cptn sensible.
hated myself for months.
ps.... awards and kudos to bc for todays most suprising entry ;D ;D

Best car I've owned is without a doubt my Datsun 510. It's fast, handles like a go kart and looks great. It's earned a special place heart primarily bacause I've had more fun in it than any other car.
It's become the spritual succesor to the A40 farina I owned years ago.. a car which I felt the same about. It gave me much enjoyment and like the 510, I knew it inside out.

hmm
tied between my supra and my current e30.
the supra because it cost so little was soooo wibblepoo yet was so much fun, noone would ever dare pull out on me cos i would tankman all over their shizzle.
my current e30 because its everything the supra wasnt. its tight, together, handles really well, sounds sweeeeet. goes sideways way better. although, over the weekend it has exploded the diff mount/bush, ripped one of its exhaust hangers out, and split a hose but who cares.

Just one? Ooh, a toughie: I`ll go for a Mk2 Cavalier 1.8SRi saloon (1987 facelifted version). An absolute dream to own and drive, it got thrashed every single time I went out in it and I tried to race with anything else on the road with some quite noteable successes. Crashed twice (one my fault, one not) but refused to die. I also picked up our first born from the hospital in it so special memories. Behind that any from: currently owned 1990 Merc 190E, Mk1 1200 Cortina (pre-airflow), series 3 XJ6 4.2 auto or Cortina Mk5 2.0GL auto.

Easy, the most fun I had was in a Fiesta 1.3 ghia. The first car I bought and learnt about taking to pieces. After some healthy tweaking it went better than the MKII XR2, and sounded loads better. Built it, crashed it, slept in it, cursed it, scrapped it!

I think one of my first 2 Golfs - either a C reg 1300 5 door in white or an H reg 1.6 Driver 3 door in met grey. Both great!

Blimey that sounds familiar, for the cursing and taking/smashing to bits of two of these, i can never have another, i wont let myself, but what a hoot.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts
