yes indeedly! For those unenlightened souls it is a Citroen Visa GTi (one of only 50 left). Basically it is a Peugeot 205 GTi engine, brakes and suspension shoehorned into a Visa, so all the perfromance bits from the 205 bolt straight on!
Being rare I don't plan to mod it, well maybe a set of 16" 1.9 GTi speedlines would look good, though saxo vts rims also look good on them. Of course it "would" make a superb donor car to shift all the bits over into the ZS - but no it's too good for that.
still grinning!

I nearl bid on that as well even though i've got no money and really couldn't afford it.
Mi16 FTW! 1.9 GTI speedlines are 15" BTW and would look infenitly better than vts rims imho.

Sounds like a perfect marriage!
You'll be hooked on ebay now though!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Coolage - excellent purchase, you rarely see 'Normal' Visas let alone a GTi one. I can remember sitting in one as a kid in the local Citroen dealer's showroom whilst my Dad enquired about buying a 2CV (thats where my interest in oddball cars comes from) The thing I remember most is the really weird looking dash & wiper/light controls

Nicely done!!!1 What a bargain. I reckon the 205 Speedlines would look great on it. Not so sure about the Paxo rims... I think they'd look too modern meself. Any plans to bring it closer to terra firma? I think it'd benefit from it. Excellent first eBay car!

I know) I don't think it will need it. Stands back and awaits deluge!

cool stuff! had a customer for a while who had 2 of these. he was technical advisor to the citroen club gb. one day he brought it in running on 3. turned out he had the plug leads on the wrong way round. cool little egg boxes tho. aren't they 1.6 gti engines? would anyone notice a 1.9 upgrade?
