Hi RRG organizers As I’m sure you are aware it’s not long till the epicness that is going to be RRG-2011  which everyone is excited about! I’m sure everything is going to plan, with the tickets in the post for the event But just a thought, to stop a twitchy bum moment, will there be someone on the gate with a list of names for people who have been struck by the dreaded snail mail, causing a possible delay in ticket arrival and even it not turning up pre event? If I’m tell you how to suck eggs or if this has already been sorted carry on and do what you always do, which is organize a cracking Retro event! See you there! Ash   |

Same here, and I'm travelling up to A52 early next week, so if Mr Posty doesn't get the tickets here before the end of the week, I may miss them.

I think they are starting to go out now... Our mail merge from last week had caused a problem with the addresses, which only got spotted after nearly 100 envelopes had been packed. So it was all being reprinted and sent out at the start of this week. Sorry about that folks.

Logic would dictate that if it's likely to happen to more than a few people, then there will need to be some sort of contingency plan. I'm sure Keefy or Hotwire will put minds to rest shortly. All else fails, I'll print out my paypal receipt/confirmation email and hope it's adequate  EDIT: spoke too soon. Thanks HTW |

oops didn’t mean to start a worrying frenzy   looks like the RRG Team have it sorted anyhow! ;D All else fails, I'll print out my paypal receipt/confirmation email and hope it's adequate This is a good idea, peace of mind if you’re travelling from afar |

In short - there will be no problem. All weekend tickets are in the post. The last few went out last night. Day tickets are available till Friday, and so they will keep going out until then. Weekend ticket people should have them by Friday at the very very latest. |
