Weld a standard car jack to a brake disc, and bolt it onto the hub. You can then rotate it round while expanding the car jack. I had a pic of this in work and it did a really good job!

even a 'proper' arch roller doesnt work as well as the scaffoldingpole/baseball bat trick. it gies a perfect shape and even-ish gap as its regulated by the wheel.
