I take it these are 4x108 pcd. If the first ones take your fancy i've got a set of deep dish ones in the work shop that could be up for grabs. Only problem is there tube type so you cant run low profile tyres on them. Hence why they never made it onto the car

Yeah, the Corolla wheels are 4x110 but apparently 4x108 will fit easily. I do like them rostyles, Have you got a pic of those wheels, and an idea of price and/or postage if possible? I think I can fit 165/70/13 to max 185/60/13 tyres, so not too low a profile is required...

I do have pics but they're on my phone and i cant find my charger so they have to stay there for now. As soon as i get them off i'll post them for you.
They owe me £60 so if i can get that back for them i'll be happy. They've been blasted and powder coated and look the part but one of the rims was quite rusty and hasnt come up as good as the others, you'll see what i mean when you see the pics. If you want to arrange for a courier to pick them up i can get them in boxes for you.

Capri ones look pretty cool in that pic

Thanks Kyteler for doing the shopping! Have to admit the Capri ones look better than I'd have thought; I posted a Sprinter in "C is for..." on Ronals and I really like that one, but they all look good to me... we'll see how the bidding goes.
Rev; I might get back to ya after the auctions run out!

I'm confused with the info here because ... ... '4 stud' rear-wheel-drive J-tin (Toyota and Datsun ...and MGB ) is usually 4x114.3mm (or 4.5")

Yeah the capri ones look the best IMO.

I'm confused with the info here because ... ... '4 stud' rear-wheel-drive J-tin (Toyota and Datsun ...and MGB ) is usually 4x114.3mm (or 4.5") Mazda and early Toyota run 4x110, and Honda runs a mix of 4x100, 4x110 or 4x114.3 Unfortunately there is no set standard, even in Japan

I'm confused with the info here because ... ... We've had a few discussions about 'nearly right' stud patterns (4x100mm is nearly 4x4" etc) and we concluded that 'nearly' isn't always good enough. I'd be inclined to look out for some 4x110mm and play it safe. nostalgiccar.com/08_parts/parts3/view9.cgi?num=5

Oh my god... my dream rims right there. ^^^^
I have previously attempted to fit a set of 4x108 Ronal's onto a 4x110 KE20 Corolla, and it doesn't happen I'm afraid to say.

At least 2 people have replied that they like the crapi ones, but only one vote Ronals FTW (or something rare and similar) BB

I think we've had several discussions here before about slightly different PCD's, usually concerning difference between 4x100 and 4x4" which gives about a 2mm discrepancy.
The conclusion usually is DON'T!
Michiel, didn't you find some Minilite type wheels when you first showed us the car? Were they 4x110?

Near enough is most definately not good enough! Don't do it! Just 1mm of difference will put massive shearing loads on the studs which could result in you loosing a wheel at some point. It's just not worth the risk. There are special wheelnuts available to help locate and mount wheels with very small PCD discrepancies but they won't work with all wheels.

Thanks for the warnings guys. I found 4x110 minilites a while ago but they seem to have disappeared of the Dutch 'Bay-type site... I put an offer in for the Rostyles of 10 quid, 5 hours to go, if I win them, does anyone want them? They're in Stafford and Impman1965 offered to pick them up for me... let's see how it goes first.
I think Racer86's KP30 runs on the same wheels as mine, they can look pretty mean if you lower the car...

I think Racer86's KP30 runs on the same wheels as mine, they can look pretty mean if you lower the car... Just to confuse issues, I think that Racer's car runs 'Lotus Rims' the generic term for the 5.5" wide version of the standard 60's Ford rim as fitted to the Lotus Cortina. Which of course means that he's on Ford rims.

Gawd it is confusing but i would want to stick to the 'right PCD' Not sure how racer has done it Chasing accross to the UK for old ford rims seems a lot of effort for not perfect wheels IMO. is there other parts of the world or specialists to find some nice wheels?
it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts
From now on I'll stick to two things; wheels must be 4x110 and in Holland. The choice on the other side of the channel is just so much bigger when you think it's safe to put 108's on your car ;-) Oh, and a third thing; always ask advice on RR first to prevent issues like this one...
I think sticking to 110mm is a safe bet, I would think that a hunt around the Mazda clubs/forums would be your best bet as they seem to be the only things that share the PCD!
