So as per the title really. Last year I was lucky enough to be part of an epic convoy which went from Fleet. I would drive down to fleet just to do that again actually it was that good! Meet at Clacket Lane for 1pm, convoy leaving at 13:30
Arrive Beaconsfield at 14:30, convoy leaving for Prescott at 15:00If anyone gets lost you can ring me on 07815 184 258 and I will console you and tell you that I am also lost. Cue some shots from last year stolen from TonyLanciaBeta ;D    |

I will be going Friday at some point I'd imagine, from SE London. Don't know what car yet mind you.......hopefully the Ax GTi Turbo ;D

there is a large group coming from Dover, i'm aiming for the 10am boat again this year (which means 11am landing in Dover  ). 2 years ago we hooked up with the SE convoy, last year it started off earlier, so we couldn't make it. As it stands now, we're coming with 12-13 cars. NO clue how we're going to drive though Last year we tried to avoid the M25 (and the A303 at stonehenge), but it didn't work out, and the M25 still was the quickest route, so i think this year won't be any different. |

This is looking promising then. I will try and synchronise proceedings with The Doctor's rather impressive 12-13 car convoy so I imagine we will be talking about a 2pm-ish meet time at Beaconsfield services off the M40.
Since Ivan is going from Epsom it might be an idea to have a mini convoy going down the A3. We could maybe meet up at Krispy Kremes and convoy to Beaconsfield?
These are just some ideas I'm throwing out there, feel free to contribute your own ;D
Can't wait for this!

Krispy Kremes is actually out of my way, I just decided that it had to be done pm me a shopping list Jonny. For the record I only accept payment in pounds stirling, magic beans and automotive paraphernalia. |

Well I am 2 minutes from the beaconsfield services, so would be up for joining in, although I will need to see what the Wycombe RR collective are doing convoy wise before I can commit 100%, as we will most likely be rolling together.

I might not have a suitable car, but I should be making the journey on Friday. even from my Dartford base the recommended route is around the bottom of the M25 so I reckon a Clacket Lane rendezvous might be an idea (the Europeans will be passing through that way, I expect). |

probably going to be heading out early in the van so as to avoid sitting in any traffic so I'll see you guys there . oh and the van definitely be there because even if its broken I'll drag it there with the Audi Karen will be following up in the Lupo as well ;D

I suppose If we can make space in the Polo (unlikely lol) we could give you a lift (if you don't mind sitting in the back of a mk2 polo full of curse word). We're not far from you, it'd be a tragedy if you didnt go to this because of your lack of transport. |
