only one of my side lights works so i was thinking about just removing the one that doesnt work. do i need 2 side lights to pass or will i get by with one?
also my high beam doesnt stay on. is that a fail? the normal beam is fine though.
also i don't have a registration plate light. whats the script with that? most buggies seem to get away with it.

I reckon you'll need your lights (side & main beam) working, but may get away with the reg plate light.

Would have thought that you would need beam. Could be a problem with the switch. Can you flash the lights?

just read this about reg lights: "The MOT is only concerned with whether the Lights work - NOT whether they light up the number plate."
now maybe I'm a bit biased but this is silly. you may as well not have them (ie. me)

You'll need all of that to work to get an MOT pass mate. Main beam needs to stay on when switched on, but the blue dash warning lamp doesn't have to work.
