Where do you guys buy pre made exhaust components. I'm interested in finding a 2 into 1 collector (to use actually as a 1 into 2 splitter). That sort of thing. Pipe and bends seem easy enough to find on ebay, and I suppose it would be easy enough to fabricate something using some bends but it would nice to have something ready made if its not loads of money. And on a related note to that. Is a twin centre exit exhaust a bit "chavvy"? The car in question has a tow hook in the centre which would place the exhaust very low if going for a single pipe, but twins could exit just either side.

Is a twin centre exit exhaust a bit "chavvy"? Erm, I don't think it needs it.

Do it as bomber photoshopped it, or leave it. Twin centre exits will look chavy unless you go for a all-out racing look for the rest of the car too.

I'm going to say no to both the centre exit AND the photoshop.
I don't think either is particularly 'chavvy', but certainly not in-keeping with the style of the car.
If you wanted to go any route, it'd say open up the exhaust cutout sideways a little, and have a dual 2.5" tip put on the existing pipe.
If you still want a 2 into 1, seach "Y pipe" or "exhaust Y" in eBay.
