[quote author=tonycocacola board=general thread=1150732505 post=1150919835seth, how about a greggs pasty as payment? ;D[/quote] Sorry, didn't mean to come across as a tight-wad but just wanted to make sure I didn't end up laying out for dozens of stamps etc. Anyone other than BGT want one? I'd have though most people have Power Point as a standard MS-office accessory?

No PowerPoint here Does anyone shell out on MS Orifice for their home PC? Nope downloading it is much cheaper option Not sure if this is the right place to ask but as its currently the most popular CARS thread I decided to anyway. Whats the crack with runs down the strip? What do you need other than yourself the car and enough petrol for the 1/4?

Whats the crack with runs down the strip? What do you need other than yourself the car and enough petrol for the 1/4? driving licence and £15 i think. gets you 3 runs. ministrone or bgt would be the people to ask cos they did it last year. btw, if the worst comes to the worst and the monza (or whatever) isnt ready you can ride shotgun with me. but this isnt an option. hairy chested gas guzzling deutche coupes FTW.

Well said Mr pandacola. How do fancy a bit of a merc shootout down the strip? You know your gonna win HotWire, have you got any extra car passes this year? My mate dave is coming up on the sunday and bringing his XR4i. I was wondering if we might have room for it?

OK, I've played around with it a bit more and made it a bit simpler in design. If this gets approval then I can e-mail the power point file to anyone who wants it or if you can't do it yourself but can e-mail me a photo and the approprate words I could do it here and send them on in time for the show. Would appreciate a small amount of beer tokens for this option though to cover cost. Like 50p or something. It will only be effective if the greater proportion of cars on the stand have them though. I like it - PM coming at ya with email addy

I'm not too sure why I didn't get involved in CaRS based discussions earlier but I'll certainly be coming although I guess it's too late to get in your area (oo-er missus)? (E30 M3)
Either way I'll drop by and meet some of you guys hopefully.

i just used a program to edit the picture. coloured over the text with white and rewrote it. cant get the font right though. not that it matters since i don't have a printer. doh. plus i don't know much about the wheels or engine...
