Just to add, if it can go up for sale by next week it will probably go really quick as Amazon will be getting loads of extra people delivering.
We have been getting parcels delivered by people in brand new merc, nissan jukes & all sorts - usually husband and wife teams!

Looking at what they are selling for it's probably a good idea, seem to be going for £1500-£2200.
I'd struggle not to change a few bits though lol

Parts are nice and cheap for these, found a set of sxi alloys and red front bumper for £140 for both lol
Another £60 for a set of nice seats & £30 for leather steering wheel, bargain.

I feel a bit silly - I took the bracket off, lowered the engine, put bracket back on and lined it up in about 5 minutes. Doh. I nearly suggested that as well Engine hoist will be handy when you want more power

Yeah the combo if it was properly tidy inside would fetch really good money atm. Seem to be about double what they were last year.

Most of Europe got a rear window/5 seater version of these.
Always thought it would be fun to swap most of the parts from a 1.8 sri Corsa into one

Fair washing up liquid works great, for a proper wheel cleaner though Bilt Hamber is fantastic I got this stuff, done probably 16 wheels so far and loads left Amazon6

Awesome garage! I know some local suppliers will take unused building materials back in for a refund

The clutch on my k11 1.0 went like that, helpfully the bit of presure plate stuck to the flywheel and carved a hole in the bellhousing.

Love an E46, I had an 04 plate in 2008. Was really refined compared to quite a lot of comparable cars at the time. Sadly it was a 320d and the engine was terrible. Bet the 3.3 is awesome 👍🏻 PS4s I've tried on my M3 and on a couple of Mondeos as well as the old man's E61 535d. They are very very good. Almost as much grip as the PS2, but friendlier on the limit and they last well. The M3 ones are down to the markers, so I may well change them for the same again. I've just had a set fitted to my Mustang, had factory pirellis on the front and acceleras on the back. I wish I had them changed when I got it! In the short drive I did, even in 30+40 limit's you could feel how much better they were. More pointy, more grippy and smoother ride. Hard to describe the difference and I now get why people who have had good tyres won't have cheap ones.

I remember an old wheeler dealers where edd pushed a smaller rubber tube into a collapsed door seal to fluff it out a bit. Possibly worth a look to see if you could do that?

If that's the only rust, that's pretty good.
I'm trying to remember where water comes in on these.
I know one of mine, the sill used to get water in and the best way to get it out was park facing down hill and poke the grommet in the front arch.

Back to the days of sticking a CD player to the dash? We've gone full circle! Hahaha, looks like it. I don't get why people prefer the inconvenience of finding music, making a play list, plugging phone in or turning Bluetooth on. Just to listen to a poor quality version of their song, and if you like dance music, have it insert a slight gap between each carefully mixed track. Anyhow, think I'm going to buy my mum a personal cd player for Christmas as her new car doesn't have one and she hasn't even got a camera phone.

I don't know on the coilovers, I fitted a spax lowering kit (40mm) to mine with new top mounts and a strutbrace. It handled great. Just bear in mind the rear is a torsion bar so you only get dampers and you need to have the torsion bar set to a lower height. If it's not seized and someone knows what they are doing it's about an hour's work.
Luckily the boot lock mechanism is like Meccano so dead easy to work on. Just pull the boot plastics off and push the latch button and it will open
