Hi, do you still have the rear roll bar mounts, drop links and mountings? Can you double check the size of the roll bar too please?
Thanks Chris

Not really car related, but its beer related! Its a 2 line beer cooler perfect for a man's cave, its got one tap and two ends for different types of keg fittings. Mains powered and cooled with nitrogen from the supplied bottle (empty). Comes with all fittings (I think) but not sure if there should be a second tap. Also comes with 9 spring loaded optic bottle mounts. Been dry stored since last use, but the supply hose from the gas bottle needs renewing. Suggest its fully checked over/ flushed out before you buy the food for the BBQ! Collection only from Cheshunt, Herts EN7 due to size/weight. Offers around £70

Hi James, what model are the throttle bodies as I can't see from the pictures. Tapered or parallel dcoe style?
Any other mods to the engine like camshafts etc?
Would you consider selling without the FWD parts (manifold and mounts etc).
You know that would go nicely in my Chevette! Cheers Chris

Not so much a question as an answer for you. I found this Apec brake site. It's got a really useful search facility. The good bit is you can set the %tolerance for the search boxes to make finding a disc/ drum/ caliper etc close to the size you want. Www.apecbraking.Co.uk/catalogue/sizeRgds Chris

I know it is a hot rod and not american but this was my wedding car - the Austin Goodwood. www.bridalcarriages.co.uk/weddingvehicles/ourvehicals.htmThey were very good as my wedding was nearly 70 miles from their usual area! My wife arrived in a limo and left in that - guess which got more attention :-) We even still have a framed picture on our living room wall which includes the car (8 years on).

Has anyone got a link to a supplier who lists their radiator by size? I am trying to find one to fit a specific hole, but cant afford a made-to-measure alloy one. My current rad is from a volvo, but I cant remeber which one as I picked it by the size/hose location.

Took these tonight - the car is being used as temp storage for all the bits taken off it plus whatever I can get out of my garage while I start on new car. Here goes: Cage was made by Rollcentre quite a few years ago with 51mm main hoop (one of the first BITD!) and 38mm front, diagonal, rear and door bars. Its obviously a bolt-in cage with three bolts on each foot. It was never painted beyond their factory coating so has a smattering of very light surface rust in a couple of places that comes off when rubbed. It fits quite snugly to the B pillar and down the A pillar until it drops down to the floor. It clears the standard dash, but only just! Put the dash in first New Safety Devices cages are £550 without door bars and the last 2nd hand one sold on the bay for £315 with some damage. This has none so £275? Can get more pics if required, but it wont be till the weekend when I have more time to empty the car. rgds

One thing to be careful of with the tyres. When you change from a chunky L/R tyre to a "car" one, you should check the load rating if you plan to tow something heavy. A loaded Disco and trailer could near 7ton loaded! A bit much for your low-pro tyres.

Thanks for the reply, but after a quick google search it appears Bedford CFs are either 5 x 6" (152.4) or 6 x 170 And they are as close to poor quality wobbly children's play pony poo as the ones I want! I did nearly get excited though!

As above please to fit Land Rover / Ifor Williams / Brian James hubs. Pcd is 5x165mm or 6.5" I really need a 14" wheel to match what I have (7x14" Weller 8 spokes with 185 R 14 Transit tyres.) LR 16 steels /15 alloys are too big once fitted with tyres and the usual 12/13" trailer wheels are too small.
Ta muchly
Got a 12" wheel to swap if that helps!
