I've watched 6 episodes so far, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think Ant is much better than Ed, I like the fact that he will try to repair something (or make up his own parts) rather than just spend the money on just bolting new parts on, in one of the last episodes he made a set of headers and exhaust system for a Healey 3000.

I'll let you lot decide if any of my dads cars were ugly, Mk2 Zodiac (Orange and black) Scodia Octavia (he won his class in quite a few road rallys in that) 1071 Austin Cooper S, Mk1 Triumph 2000, Fiat 124 sport (1972 1608cc twin cam, twin 40 down draught webers, 5 speed box) Mk2 Triumph 2000, Alphasud Sprint, Lancia HPE.

I've had to do the same with a relay on the T-10 for the coolant fans.

On AutoTrader but a grand over budget. I've always loved how these look... You seem to be implying that because it's an estate, it somehow isn't as good as a TT or 350Z, believe me, I know which one I'd take around the evo triangle.

not necessarily the hardest to drive, but probably the most pain in the , any car with vacuum operated wipers. try driving up hill in a rain storm (great going down the other side )

I parked my Volvo 850 next to a new Mini Clubman, guess which was the bigger car.

Nice update, thank you. I know it's a sleeper, but did you think of putting the fuel filler out through the side window.

I've had the same as the one in the original post for 10 months now, it's worked faultlessly and gets used every day.

If you want people to take good pictures of your car, bonnet down. If your engine is detailed enough that you want people to take pictures of that instead, bonnet up. But if its raining, bonnet down. I do think cars get more attention with the bonnet down, but then if its open it tempts people over who wonder why. If you have an engine at both ends, then its both ends up! Bonnet boot and doors

We'll it's took me a few days here and there but I've just read the entire thread. And now I'm having visions of this 'Volvano' 😉 showing Porsche GT3's up at the nurburgring. You have a gift young sir and if your ever looking for an apprentice to teach the dark side for the force to, give us a call. Seriously though have you done anything remotely this extensive before? What's the future plans for this? I've always tinkered with cars, the usual engine swaps, turbos, superchargers, but this is the first twin engine car I've done, as for the future, just have a bit of fun with it
