My parents neighbour had one of those Viva estates when I was younger. Same colour to. I had a Mini which required painting and his Viva did to so over weekend a compressor and all the guns were hired and both cars got painted in our respective garages.
One car given a coat, guns all cleaned everything over the wall and the next car done then everything back over the wall to repeat the process.

Spent an hour this afternoon getting the body sitting right and the wheels looking good in the arches. Happy with it so far. Still not sure if it will end up as the Sand Scorcher.

Just got my copy. Had a quick flick through and it looks good. All the old favourites are in there with a decent amount of feature cars to.

Many very nice cars and vans there. It's a brave/foolish soul that takes on the remains of the "van".

Just spent a few days in London and stumbled across a couple of things. These four all parked up outside a hotel off Regents Street. And I know Kensington Gardens is posh but a Rolls Royce ice cream van that's proper posh.

Would I be the only one who completely misunderstood the title of this thread. Clicked on the link expecting it to be something about a shed full of rare/cool old cars being found somewhere.
Nice surprise though.

This Bedford was at the NEC last November. Always had a soft spot for these and have no idea why. Never been in one and do not think I know anyone who has ever owned one. One of my favourites of the show.

Another quick look on Ebay resulted in this arriving at the weekend. Had a bit of a booboo with this one, cheap buy it now price. On arrival it was cheap due to it's lack of a motor which was stated and shown on the pics too. Not paying proper attention (read Budweiser). Mark those oval racers are looking very nice indeed, chassis is impressive.

This is good news, bought my first copy in June 1986 Has a red V8 Mini van on the cover. Got every issue there after. Ebay then provided me with all the issues prior to that June issue. Only missing a few now from the early years.
Always preferred it to Custom Car to.

Scans of some old photos of my Blitzer Beetle which has long since gone to the R/C scrap yard in the sky. Paint did not look like this for very long at all.
