WOW Martijn....GREAT update again.........ppff by saying great I mean...a posting FULL of what looks like nasty and scary things to do..but héé the best thing to do for now!! Taking the engine out and giving MORE TLC than ever! Also the search for parts is part of the F/I/A/T/ classics hobby!
Take care! You will succeed!

Well...long time ago... oww YES still reading your new posts..and here I am again..did a few things..upgrade the Brazilian Since the stand still becaus of the taxrules, there was a leakage, and I took out the most of the front "driving"parts, and also I wanted to mount the bigger carb fromthe Sport(the DMTR) and the exhaust that I found under the Sport, a 4-2-1 manifold and the GrA exhaust. A Fiat friend ofmy(with a race F/I/A/T 128 3p) helped with the front suspension,we cut the rod and so the Y10 lowering-springs don't fall out anymore while jacking the car  and did some new "raceOIL" in the shocks I had become some bigger breaks from my F/I/A/T/friends... Uno Turbo, bought Palio Weekend discs, and AR 155 blocks..made my own brakelines... also got hold on wheelstuds After that all comes togehter... see the pics, they do the talking..writing the story is hard in Engish for me So the Brazil was amost ready for a trackday...first I had to mount the new seats.. At Emmen, a tiny track, www.testtrackthedinga.nl/het-circuit/ , together with the Registro Abarth Olanda, www.registro-abarth-olanda.nl/index2.htmlAnd first time driving on slicks ... my F/I/A/T/ friends helped me out..GREAT At home... I also bought....2 HOT camshafts..specs ..we have to sort that out..but one of them is a "dr Schrick".. back in the days a well known tuner.. Owwwwwwww and last but not least..because of a posting on the T124 forum..we bought a few parts...CHEAP..fromthe ladapower bay of E :rabbit: Well....did enough....but the story will continue..the DHLA's are waiting...and a cilinderhead for porting... Ciao !!

Hello David, indeed the most parts are rare, hard to find. I don't have much spareparts, but my Sport is luckely complete....eeh oowww I'am also missing the rear boot spoiler. The interior parts are even the most rare parts I believe. I keep my eyes open for you !
Do you have a project-page or pictures somewhere?? I like to reed the restauration-story and see some pics !
As said by "dikkehemaworst" Martin Willems is a best try.
