First part is my first name, the "pieman" part comes from many years ago when I first joined a forum and needed a username, at the time I was a big fan of Weebl and Bob and had a pic of Weebl with his "Mmm pie" speech bubble as my avatar, so went with Pieman. It was also used by some friends who noted that I could seemingly eat as many pies as I liked and not put on any weight!
In fact I could do with an avatar for this forum...(edit) there we go!

Ooooooh now we're talking! That CROWN Coupe is stunning! There was a red Celica identical to that one abandoned for many years on a drive in Perry Barr in Birmingham but it's disappeared now - did it end up in the hands of anyone on here? As for the post above this one, I don't even know what some of those are! Peugeot 604 Peugeot 605 Volvo 264 Alfa ? Alfa ? Renault 25 Renault 21 Fiat Croma Mazda Cosmo(?) No idea on the last two (edit) I meant the post before SmokeEm posted at the same time as me, obviously

Fiat Tempra station wagon. As I mentioned a while ago on here, my uncle had one of these when my two cousins were little, but since he got rid of his I have never, ever seen another one on the road.

Some people just seem to have the attitude of "I've got it and you haven't so I'm better than you".

Never mind the car, that's just metal, look at the sorry state of that miserable house. Seconded. Do we know if there is actually someone living there, or is the house abandoned too?

That Lincoln looks like it's been brutally poked in both eyes repeatedly and now lives in constant pain and torment. Poor thing.

Went to this on Sunday and was in heaven with the amount of automotive pornography I was surrounded by - you snapped a lot of stuff I didn't get chance to see, so many thanks for the pics (would have needed five days to see everything I think!)
Formula 5000 single seaters were the highlight for me, first time I have seen and heard them in the metal - the noise was BIBLICAL.

/\ There used to be one of those things lived near me - I tried to find the owner to ask just how they ended up with such an odd vehicle, but then it disappeared.

Seeing the Fiat Tempra mentioned reminded me - when my cousins were little my uncle had a Tempra station wagon as a family hauler, and I've realised that since he got rid of it I have never, ever seen another one. Were they really that rare?
You will probably see a lot of the cars mentioned in this thread if you go to a banger race meeting!

Put some paintball guns on it and turn it into a tank... The tank would be funny, but the paint guns would probably get me shot - living in the land of the free (US) and a tough neighborhood In that case, they'd probably bat less of an eyelid if you put real guns on the thing.
