I am the neighbour with the Cool stuff. ha ha ha, My nreihbours are all workshops with cars in them but Yes, there are serious things parked in them. Such as this... mercedes W194 replica. Merc 300SL that baby cost $750,000 to restore.. Gull wing in for new brakes and some body work after the spoiled rich heir to the not inconsiderable family fortune ripped the linings from the brakes and actually Blued the wheel centers and melted the wheel weights .Insanity!!! Ferrari 275,the only right hand drive one built, for Frank Gardiner back in the daY,AND MORE VALUE THAN i'M ALLOWED TO SAY.

Many years ago I changed my driving style to cope with rising fuel prices; I have now reached the stage where I am contemplating keeping my eyes shut in order to lower wind resistance.

Well two houses directly opposite both have interesting rides. One guy (the one who doesn't like us) Has a Sierra Ghia Estate with the RS stuff sat in his garage never seen it move out in 2 years and a couple or few Sunbeam Tigers which as you can imagine sound absolutely awesome...in fact he's the secretary for the UK owners club. Guy next door to him is doing a full restoration on a original Willys Jeep.

Bloke downstairs has an early 90's VW van that he's turning into a camper. He used to have an MGB that used to sit there and get neglected.

I live almost at the end of a cul-de-sac. Apart from my collection of jalopies the only interesting car in the road is a W124 Merc coupe in a rather too pinkish metallic red. There was a '30s Riley roadster part way up the road but that's now been sold.
Turn right at the top of the road and Minor Traveller has just appeared under a fitted cover (must wander up and have a closer look). Turn left at the top of the road and there's a really nice XK150 coupe in two-tone green lurking in a converted coach-house.
Another 200 yards brings you to the centre of the village and Tim's garage usually has a classic or two in for work. He has a TR7 with and F40 style body-kit and a very nice Midget. Took my Ovlov up for some work last week and he had an immaculate Minor Traveller in (not the one under the cover), a 1500 Beetle and an S3 Bentley.

I live in the middle of nowhere but the closest neighbour has had old supras calibras and Saab 9000's and various other fossilised tat, just down the road there is a 205 that seems to be some sort of track special but it looks to tidy for a track car and it kept under a special 'peugot' blanket...
the only thing that really stands out is about 5 houses away there is sometimes an F40 yup thats right a Ferrari F40 parked right on the road (no pavements country roads), i nearly hit it once as i came flying round the corner in a vintage road legal race car (cold race drum brakes=no brakes) that would have made for an interesting insurance claim

There's a guy round the corner from me has a mint 50s Oldsmobile and a Hog but they just sit in his garage being polished.
Someone round here has a green MKII Cortina with a V8 and a tubbed rear but I've only ever seen it twice running with no bonnet.
Other than that it's Shitroen Xsara Picasso world.

My parent's neighbours: He's president of the Allard owner's club, so they normally have a couple of road cars too. They also have/had a 60s Bentley Continental and an E-Type in the last few years...
