My neighbours are complete curse word, nobody owns anything interesting, although the guy directly behind us does own a Toyota Tercel.
Anyone got neighbours (within a few houses) that have something retro tastic.

None of them own anything interesting, but they're mostly interested in what goes on on the driveway, willing to lend tools / put up with grinding at 8pm every now and again Then there's the chap at the bottom of my road who currently owns a spanking M5 and an M3, and used to own a Lister Storm (he might still have it... haven't heard it in a while though!). I'm his friend anyday of the week!

My neighbour has got a Nissan Sunny GTi which has been sitting for the past 5-10 years. One neighbour has a Mercedes W120, that's driven on nice summer days.

My immediate neighbour has her late husband's MKII Escort 4 door in the garage. It still has the 1991 tax disc in the window, from when it was last used......
We have a Rover P5 around the corner in need of much work, and a garage that twiddles with classics as well!

My neighbours are my Aunts. One has a collection of Heralds and Rover P6s. She currently has a 205 daily with a lovely P6 and a herald convertible on the road too. My other Aunt has a collection of Protons!
BnD lives up the road too, lots of retro fodder.

I have retro-tastic neighbours. Bloke next door owns a half-share of a Daimler Ferret The folk across the way have an A-reg souped-up Mini. Just in the next street has a '57 De Soto, a Firebird, a Wolseley 6/110 and more Zodiac's than you could shake a stick at. T'other way there's a 3.0 Mk1 Capri (Only discovered when the bloke bought some wheels from me) And a chap with an MG Magnette, something 30's and a Trummy Toledo. Just by him is a cat-curse word-tarpaulin Jag in a front garden, and a couple of doors down is an immobile FC Victor. Right at the end of the street lives a Beetle, a 200SX and occasionally a really tasty Granada Coupe. Quite alot within 100 yards. ;D Where we are is all good-sized ex-council houses all of which have plenty of space around them, so kind of just the sort of place for tat-lovers. When we lived in a more "bovis"-ey location we were surrounded by snooty, petty dullards with bland blobs on finance, had no space, a tiny house and it was generally curse word. I am always bemused that alot of folk choose that "life" because they are too proud to live in an old ex-local authority gaff.

Brilliantly put, Pog!
I'm well lucky, we're out in the middle of nowhere and our nearest neighbour has a Range Rover Classic as a Daily, two series IIIs which will be made into one good one, a K-reg S600, a '76 Bonser forklift, a T4, a T25 crewcab, a Caddy pickup, two mk2 Scirocco GTIs, a mk1 Golf, a sandrail, a Beetle, a Beetle chassis and I know I've forgotten something... We get on very well. ;D

Current neighbourhood is a bit more snooty. Bloke in the same block with an MGB that's sat down in the garage for 4+yrs. Moved in and left it there. Couple from Greece ( he's a diplomat ) have their 1owner from new 190 - lovely car. More n more retros are showing up though - I like to think my fleet has influence! ;D Now see these regularly....... Mk1 Golf slammed - cool as you like Polo - serious slam and 8ball aerial. for sale too ( oooerr ) TR7 - I'm in love again! Splitty camper XJ12 suzuki Ato ( old version ) Justy 4wd...... not bad for a bunch of toffy nosed politicians and hangers on.......... garage round the corner has a couple of Spitfires in the front, but they never move - one of the mechanics apparently.
EDIT forgot Citroen CX Turbo2 - OMFG - seriously great machine!

My immediate neighbour currently has a Mondeo ST something or other but has had various Sierras and Mk 3 Cavaliers since we've lived here. We help each other out and lend tools etc. There's a Herald Convert round the corner and a dead Rover 200 Vitesse over the road. Often something interesting in the paintshop and wheel re-furbisher's at the end of the road too.

Friend who just moved away from my old house has a Porsche 924, used to be her Dad's. Guy up the same road has an MGB, and there was until recently a Scimitar GTE and an old Saab. Otherwise it's the usual modern boring boxes.

My neighbours mostly have your average curse word. One has a K reg 5 series which I guess is getting on for retro now, and a renault 19 convertible up the road which has been on stands with one wheels off for quite a while now, every now and then see the owner outside doing something to it. My road generally has boring cars, so would be nice when mine is done

One of my neighbours has an amazingly mint UR Quattro 20v turbo, uber low mileage.Gunmetal grey.Another has a '72 (I think) Camaro z28,which is fantastic and makes my trousers tent everytime he starts it!Odin has seen and heard it. One of my other neighbours, top bloke,is building a kit car with some daft bike engine in,and every possible thing is make outta carbon on it.As he does something to do with carbon for na living! Its unreal! Few interstingcars in the village, led to believe there's a Porsche 959 up the hill but I haven't seen it for a while now! Guy just around the corner has an awesome blue and white splitty, and looks like he'sgot a couple more to be doing too.Never spoken to him tho!

My immediate neighbours have dull euroboxes on finance, and deserve nothing more. Most of them are pr*cks and don't talk to us ;D. However, down the road there's a guy with a really nice Mk1 Golf cabby. Then a little further down the road is a guy with a Triumph Spitfire MG Midget and a Triumph GT6. At the bottom of my road is a bay window bus which is all stripped out and has stood like that for a while. My money is on some passing travellers to come along and hi-ab it away in the night . Keep meaning to go talk to some of them in a show of classic car solidarity ;D
