Am partial to a van, so inevitable this peaked my interest on IG... Some of the kustom work on that is alright, but that bumper is hilariously bad. It doesnt fit the truck in any direction, it looks like it’s driven into someone else’s bumper left on the floor!

rmad shared this earlier, and so I thought I'd share it here Bound to stir opinion, as a hot rod it's well executed, but will it "sound" like a hot rod, and stir that 'rebel' soul.

This beauty in the Speedhunters coverage caught my eye. Tom That's a guy called Robb's build for this year, is on Instagram as Goodshow_aa . Really good guy and great builds. If you watched our little Sema "documentary" from a couple of years back, the mustard coloured Datsun Sunny 110 Coupe we looked at is his too.

More SEMA, this seems to be a bit of a pick for a lot of different folk so far http://instagr.am/p/CkZU5Llv7gI What I like about the event every year is there is something that usually ends up as a star of the show, but it often isn't one of the new big reveals or a big company build. The last time we went the Brown Sugar camper van was totally the star of the show. Think this Pinto is an early runner for that this year. That’s absolutely awesome, it’s more 70’s than Kojak, Frank Cannon & Columbo put together 😀

Just found this nice video from StanceNation Japan that happened a couple of weeks back
Good range of stuff in there (mostly stancey business of course, given the name)

Mike Stanceworks' Honda powered Ferrari 308 got revealed today. It's one of the very few Ferraris I actually have any interest in. Looking forward to seeing it on track

Another Ferrari from SEMA: I'm going to attempt to get a Battle Of The Builders thread together over the weekend.

Someone actually racing a Countach is the more unusual thing there... Yeah apparently it was in a Japanese GT Championship, which harkens back to the Countach being popular in Japan video from the last weekly thread. It was not very competitive by all accounts.

Somewhat related, there was also a team that ran a faux countach in GT500 and later GT300, also without much success. The RGS Mirage GT-1
