OK, I have to admit to a little bit of bias here (having just bought a pristine example for the same price as a set of premium tyres) but I've opted to go full 'mid life crisis' and landed a Z3 BMW. Now I'm thinking 4'' suspension drop, some deep dished 16's and better brakes. An exhaust and induction mods would be nice too. Finally a little de chrome of the kidney grill and a single wiper maybe? Inside, it has to be some Recaros and a Prototipo steering wheel surely? Anyway, this is as it stands today...

I wasn't a fan of these at the time, but I've seen a couple over the last 12 months with a bit of lowering and wheels and they're quite a pretty car with the treatment.

I love those, nearly went for one last year but went down the RS4 route instead. Maybe next time 🙂

Yeh look great, ride like dog poo. Do you care? Do you mean when lowered or from stock? I'm going to go with Bilstein and Eibach, plus poly mount the ARB's to tighten things up. A strut brace might help too. I'd really like a hard top but they cost more than the car did!

I'd like a non M coupe ideally. I just can't afford the M version and am not a fan of the interior. Well the seats anyway. Great cars overall though. I've been looking for new seats for the Z3 that sit lower than stock. Might have to consider floor mounts rather than sliders? Any other Z3's on RR?

Awesome video, reminiscent of the police baiting vids I think from Stockholm

I like these, especially the coupe version [might have a different name though]
at standard ride height they will be nice to drive, lowered a bit will be better for driving hard in the twisties, but lowered so its almost riding on its bumpstops then imagine its terrible just like an MX5 when lowered that much

I quite fancy a narrow body one in a kind of fast road setup. Or an E36 Compact.
