Granadas etc. are very popular for banger racing in NL, they usually buy them in bulk in the UK and Belgium. I regularly buy V4 engines from banger racers, who only use V6s (Belgian Granadas usually had 1.7 V4s for tax reasons). One chap I know has at least 50 Granadas, literally stacked in a barn. I don't know this seller.

I believe they did a Granada Perana V8 5L in SA but I thought that was only in the MK1. Maybe an engine swap from one of those.
Unless they actually did do a MK2 version. If it's genuine, I image it's uber rare.

It's a weird thing. I can't check the reg number on the possible V8 Granada.
The RDW (our DVLA) doesn't recognize it, which can mean 2 things, it's a fake plate, or it's been overhere a loooooooong time, but it fell off the register when they digitized it (sleeping reg as it's called overhere).
The other cars with yellow plates being pre-'GAIK' (without the blue bit on it), which came in 2002, points to the 2nd option i think.
//edit: most cars aren't on the register, and the only one that is, had it's APK run out in 1998
