Hnnnnnnnnng ... you know he wants to uncork those exhausts and take it up Shelsley ... He might, but I think Goodwood might suit him better

I know very little about BMWs however that is certainly a thing of beauty.
Thanks for sharing. Must be interesting to work on things like that.

Just pressing the like button doesn't really do that justice. Thanks for sharing.

Very cool. There's just something about clear nylon tube squirting fuel into slide throttle trumpets...

Well this thread needs an 18 certificate....
One question- what are the 5 L-shaped rubber hoses coming out of the cam cover in between the spark plug leads, that attach to the tapered gold tube/manifold?

Idiot's question time- What are the three coloured blobs on the side window? Lights of some sort? (and if so why?)
Amazing car by the way.

I don't know for sure but my guess would be low light car identification for teams running more than one car on track with similar livery. Similar to that which you see on le mans cars and endurance racers. Driver 1, white light, driver two orange light, driver 3 blue light. I think sometimes they can also be illuminated to show position in class.

Water return from the top of the head, the gold manifold is tapered (Balanced) so that each cylinder flows the same
