I thought I would put this up, I unfortunately have not used this site (or my cars)for that matter a lot this year! So duly so, my goals for next year is to get my mk1 running perfect, and attend a lot of shows that I didn't do this year, obviously the gathering as well! Also I need to do a project thread on my new retro as well and keep it updated  Whats everyones must do's for next year ? I hope everyone has a Merry and safe Christmas and an even better new year than this one! Seasons Greetings  |

Drive the Dodge more, before making a snap judgment about selling it Seems a shame to do all the work (again) and then simply let it go prior to actually enjoying the damned thing. Has been two years now, after all... |

Fix the Astra once and for all, last two years I've got it through an mot and it's broke weeks after it and laid up till the next one

As the couple of years spent welding my mk2 Cortina is coming to an end I d like to at least get it painted in 2017. I also need to sort the registration of the Estafette van out so i can use it this summer. Merry Christmas all.

Swap the oily, smokey old crossflow for an unknown Zetec and 5-speed and if it works rag the bottom off it.
Also try and decide, once and for all, on which wheels to have on it and possibly design and make wider box arches for it too.
Oh, and rip out a poo load of shoddy old wiring without freaking things up.
Paint a bit more of it dark grey.
Yeah, that'll do and probably take me up to next xmas and possibly beyond.

Next years car goals:
-ITB the Eunos.
-Remap and Miltek exhaust for the T5 C30.
-Test out a 944 decide if I want one badly enough.
-If a no to the above, build a sleeper 940.
-Stop buying Mx5's for specific parts, actually nah that just makes good sense!

Don't sell the Land Rover.
Build the Mgb. Don't quit building the Mgb when it gets tricky - just ask for help.
Take my time building the mgb - it doesn't have to be done in a month.

(I don't have much patience, get bored, Sell stuff and then really regret. So basically to not be me when it comes to cars....)

Mend the now broken faithful mondeo, and finally sort it's arches! sort x1/9 carb if time. Oh try not to buy anything else to drastic.... :-)

resolutions - a bit of resto work on the MGB as soon as the weather gets better and to actually drive the Mini a bit - only did 150 miles in it last year!!

My resolution is to finish the renovation on my dads car and get it back on the road in the forthcoming year, after all, my ,'ole mans been shuffled off this mortal coil for 10 years in Feb. Must pull my finger out!
