I have an emblem I am trying to get etched onto both a piece of wood and a brass plaque/badge if at all possible, but trying to work out the best way or even if it is possible from what I have is proving the fun bit.
The intention is that I can give the outcome as a thank you present. Bit hard to explain but the joys of internet searching these days mean I don't want to mention too much at this stage.
Any thoughts, tips, offers for help would be hugely appreciated.

What about creating a stencil and sand blasting the logo??

Did this a couple of years back. Was given a photostated brochure to get the logo   Once happy I machined it into the grease cap. Still got one at work! |

A mate of mine does pyrography (artwork on wood using a soldering iron)  Maybe ask at your local woodworking group or craftfair Pics when done please!  |
