Hi, A bit of an IVA nightmare. Registered as a Minor but has a (shortened?) chassis from something else. Too dear to break for parts.

Surely this was built long enough ago to fall outside of the IVA/BIVA thing? Not totally au fait with it all so may be wrong.
However I really do like it in a strange way!
